I'm Soph, a Naturopath, nutritionist and a foodie.
I love what happens when food is shared; the conversation and the connection that develops. My plan is to inspire you to fill up your bowl with wholefoods, happiness and fun.
Because healthy eating can be a great experience. An experience that is about more than just the food you eat, but also about how you eat, where you enjoy it and who you share it with.
When you make the recipes from these pages, I want you to get involved with what you are eating. To select the best quality ingredients, have fun whipping them up and eat them with someone you love to spend time with. Along the way, there will be a whole heap of health tips that I have picked up from working in clinical practice, studying nutrition and running regular cooking classes.
